On the road to Fikiawe

After the restoration of the God of Drunkeness and Good-times, and the assension of one of the party members to Eremethal's position. Fionan, hurries off in the direction of Fikiawe, as this is where the Gods had agreed to go, and surely they would be there by now.

"Fin, where are you going?" Rilla hurries to catch up with Fionan

*Rilla*

" We are closer to Fikiawe than Pathway here - and the Gods should have relocated by now, they've had all day, and they were ready when we left. There is little point returning there only to get caught in the mist. "

Rilla frowns for a moment as she focuses on her link to the Celestial Dragon, then turns to Fionan and shakes her head. "They haven't" She thinks for a second, then continues "Well, My Lord hasn't at least, he's still that way" pointing in the direction of Pathway and the Holt. "It is odd though, I hope there hasn't been any more trouble" Rilla bites her lip, looking worried

Zemepatis emerges from around the corner as the two pause to discuss their destination, at his slow plodding walk. He doesn't say anything as he begins to approach them, but does look at Rilla somewhat concernedly.

Fionan spots Zemepatis slowly catching them up.
" Zem, we were just discussing where we should head now. Just before we left, Kalist the great life elf hero suggested the gods should travel to Fikiawe because it is a high point above the possible spread of the radiation. So I was heading for there. Rilla has just told me however, that the Celestial Dragon has yet to relocate, so I am unsure if we should hold course or return to pathway in hopes of catching them before they leave. What do you think? "

More than a day later, Rilla and Fionan finally resumed their journey. The fury Rilla felt at the wanton killing of an innocent woman and frustration at so much unnecessary death and hurt was mingled with relief that the disparate group had, despite their many differences, managed to find the cure and save at least one life.

In the end she had fallen in with Fionan's idea of heading for Fikiawe; it would be just her luck that the gods would finally teleport just as they were almost back to the Holt.

Now it seems, Fionan has been vindicated; Rilla feels the awareness of the Celestial Dragon's whereabouts abruptly shift. She smiles; they have all survived once more and her Lord is in a place that seeems safer than most. With renewed energy she sets a fast pace for Fikiawe.

Eventually they manage to wave down a patrol of guards and upon explaining their business, the two life elves are carried up to the city on the plateau.
