Attached to a post outside the Hall is this notice.

"Laws will be written soon but basic morals should be upheld at all times. Anyone going against the basic morals written below shall be dealt with fairly.

The moral laws:
No thieving
No Murdering
No Attempted murder
No child abuse
No Rape
No assualt

These are the main moral laws that should not happen in Narturlin, if they do the punishment will be decided on circumstances and evidence. The person will be tried by a group of three independent people. all people have a right to at least one judge of their own race, if an impartial person familiar with the laws of Narturlin is available. If the candidate is unsuitable for judging and another can not be found within a week then they will be tried under the people present, with another judge stepping forward.

The following are announced as Narturlins code of laws to be upheld in all of Narturlins territory.

1) Do not act against the well being of the community.
2) Do not act against the well being of individuals
3) Respect the property of individuals

Any previous infringements shall be judged on the laws as they stood at the time.
